We understand travel plans can change. This page explains how cancellations and rescheduling work for Drop Taxi One bookings.
Call or WhatsApp us at +91-8778604136 as early as possible with your name and booking details (pickup, drop, date and time) to cancel or reschedule your trip.
Bookings cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time are cancelled free of charge, with no cancellation fee.
If a driver has already been assigned and dispatched towards your pickup location, or the trip is cancelled with less than 2 hours' notice, a cancellation charge may apply to cover the driver's travel cost. We will inform you of any applicable charge before confirming the cancellation.
If our driver arrives at the pickup location at the confirmed time and is unable to reach you or you do not show up within a reasonable waiting period, the trip may be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.
You can reschedule your pickup date/time free of charge, subject to driver availability, by contacting us before the original pickup time.
Since payment for one way/round trip fares is collected directly at the time of the ride (not prepaid online through this website), there is no online refund process. Any advance amount paid directly to our team, if applicable, will be refunded per the terms discussed at the time of booking.
